In 2007 Legacy 166 was created to reduce the effects of generational poverty through participation in the arts, culture, education and community collaborations.
Our programs expose children and youth to the arts, culture, and educational opportunities. Classes range from art, photography, and reading to dance and theatre arts production at local schools and community centers.
Are you interested in giving back to the community? Volunteer with one of the most exciting nonprofits in mobile. Use your skills and talents to make an impact today on tomorrow’s leaders. Volunteer today!
Providing quality performances and programs for our children requires funding. Although ticket sales and grants cover a portion of the expenses, Legacy 166 depends on the support of our patrons and supporters.
